My motivation comes from enhancing students' confidence, grades, and developing their skills through creative lesson planning as well as managing their behavior through appropriate discipline and positive reinforcement.
With a 5-year experience and dedicated work ethic, I am experienced in assessing students' progress, meeting targets and deadlines, and providing regular feedback to parents regarding their child's behavioral, social and academic progress.
