Hello Dear host family, my name is Norah and I am from Kenya, a beautiful country in East Africa. I am 28 years old and the youngest from a family of 4 siblings, 3 nieces and 6 nephews. I would describe myself as a person who is patient, reliable, caring hardworking and open to learning. I would like to be part of your family and share unforgettable experiences and moments with you.
I am a teacher with 4 years of experience dealing with children from the ages of 4 to 17 from diverse backgrounds. I love being with children and the next thing I would like to achieve is to become an au pair. This will enable me bond more with children, mentor them in different aspects and share in their little joys.
I have first hand experience of taking care of children at a personal level, tutoring them, playing with them and exploring with them. This comes from my experience in taking care of my nieces and nephews, as well as from my being a teacher and handling them first hand. My greatest motivation comes from seeing them meet milestones.
During my free time I like to cycle, take a walk, read novels, listen to music or simply watch movies. I'm also passionate about discovering new recipes because cooking is also one of my favorite things to do.
