| How do I refresh my account? |
Refresh means to obtain a new Locator Number for your profile. When you refresh your profile, it shows up at the very top of the search results list.
Paid Members can refresh their Locator Number once every 7 days. Non-paid Guests can refresh once every 30 days to get a new Locator number.
When you refresh your account and obtain a new Locator Number, your old Locator Number(s) will refer to your new Locator so that everyone will be able to find your profile, even by using the old Locator Numbers.
Refresh your Locator Number by rolling your mouse over the "My Account" menu at the top of any page; select the option "Get new locator number".
You may update or modify any aspect of your profile at any time as "modify" is totally different than "refresh". To modify any part of your profile, just roll your mouse over the "My Account" menu and select the option "Modify my profile". |
