The best way to contact candidates for free is to use your
Hot List. When you add an Au Pair, Nanny, Babysitter, Pet Sitter, Personal Assistant, tutor or other care provider to your Hot List, they will get an email from GreatAupair with your
profile summary. They can respond to you directly if they have subcribed as a paid member. They can also respond to you via their Hot List to let you know whether or not they are interested in your position. |
Within the Auto-Respond section of your Hot List, you will see all candidates that
have added you to their Hot List - meaning they're interested in your job. Be sure to view the profiles of each candidate that has added you to their Hot List then decide whether or not you are interested in a candidate and then simply click the thumbs-up or thumbs-down icons to send each candidate a message.
 Click the green thumbs up icon to send an email to the aupair/nanny, which says you are interested in taking things to the next step.
 Click the red thumbs down icon to send an email to the aupair/nanny, which says you cannot accept them at this time.

Your Hot List and the Auto-Respond feature gives you a way to directly communicate back to aupairs and nannies even if you're not a paid Member.
To send auto-email responses to Au Pair, Nanny, Babysitter, Pet Sitter, Personal Assistant, tutor or other care provide:
- Sign in to your account
- Click "My Hot List"
- Click "Auto-Respond"
We do not disclose email addresss. You will receive a candidate's email address when you receive email from them. If you are a paid Member you can contact the Au Pair, Nanny, Babysitter, Pet Sitter, Personal Assistant, tutor or other care providers directly by clicking the "Send Email" link on a candidate's profile. If you want to notify a candidate of
your interest in her/him, add their profile to your Hot List and they can respond to you with their interest. If you want to contact them directly, you must become a Paid Member.
It's easy to subscribe and contact candidates direclty.
Here's what you do:
- Sign in to your account using your email address and password.
- Once you have signed in, click the link that says "Get Premium Membership" Or click the "Pay" link at the top of any page.
- Choose whether you want a 30-day or 90-day membership. If you're paying
by credit card, just fill in the boxes that ask for information and click
submit. If you want to pay by check, Western Union or PayPal, just click the
links under payment options and follow the directions.
