I am a compassionate, patient, and dependable caregiver with TESDA Caregiving (Elderly Care) training and a genuine passion for helping older adults live with dignity, comfort, and independence. I understand that senior care is more than providing assistance—it is about building trust, showing respect, and treating every individual with kindness and compassion.

During my caregiving training, I learned how to assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, mobility support, meal preparation, medication reminders, infection prevention, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. I was also trained in proper body mechanics, communication, and providing emotional support while respecting each person’s privacy and independence.

As the owner of Frathema Transient House, I have developed strong organizational, hospitality, and customer service skills. Managing my business has taught me responsibility, attention to detail, cleanliness, time management, and the ability to remain calm and professional in different situations. These experiences have strengthened my ability to care for people from diverse backgrounds while ensuring they feel safe, respected, and comfortable.
