My name is Frathema, and I am from the Philippines. I am a kind, patient, responsible, and hardworking person who genuinely enjoys caring for others, especially children. I believe every child deserves to grow up in a safe, loving, and supportive environment where they can learn, play, and feel valued.

I completed TESDA Caregiving training, where I learned how to provide quality care, ensure safety, maintain proper hygiene, and respond calmly in different situations. In addition, I own and manage Frathema Transient House, a family-run accommodation business. Managing my business has taught me responsibility, organization, hospitality, time management, and how to create a warm and welcoming environment for people from different backgrounds.

Although my professional experience is in caregiving and hospitality, I also have experience caring for children within my family and community. I enjoy spending time with children by reading stories, helping with homework, playing games, doing arts and crafts, and encouraging outdoor activities. I understand the importance of patience, consistency, and creating a positive environment where children feel safe, respected, and confident.

I am excited to become an au pair because I want to experience a new culture, improve my language skills, and become part of a loving family.
