Why not remove inappropriate au pair or nanny photos?
Some of our members have expressed concern about the pictures of seductive looking au pair and nanny applicants.
While we understand that these photos are not appropriate or professional for a child care provider, we feel it is best for the families to see the truth about the candidate's lack of judgment and professionalism as opposed to asking the child care provider to change her picture. After lengthy discussions with some of our customers we made a decision to leave these photos in place in an attempt to ensure that families have the opportunity to gain insight into the candidate's character which helps them make a more informed decision with regards to the applicant’s suitability for an au pair or nanny position.
If a photo is of an obscene nature, we will immediately remove it. If you feel a candidate's photo is obscene or in some way inappropriate for children to see, please click the "Report Profile" link on the bottom of the candidate's profile.
