Most U.S. reports are returned within 3-5 business days from the time GreatAuPair receives a signed release authorization form from the subject. International reports may take up to 5 weeks.
GreatAuPair strongly recommends that you thoroughly check the references and background of every candidate you consider before hiring. AuPairs and nannies should also thoroughly check the references and background of every family/employer before committing to the job.
The decision and responsibility of hiring any candidate or taking any job rests with you. Be sure you have the facts regarding previous employment, criminal records, immigration and visa status so that you can make the most informed decision.
