How do I contact the families?
The best way to contact Families for free is to use your Hot List. When you add a family to your Hot List, they will get an email from GreatAupair with your profile summary. They can respond to you directly if they are a member. If not, they can respond to you via their Hot List.
In your Hot List when you click Auto-Respond, you will see all families that have added you to their Hot List. Be sure to view the profile of each family that has added you to their Hot List then decide whether or not you are interested in their job, and then simply click the thumbs-up or thumbs-down icons to send each family a message.

Thumbs Up Icon Click the green thumbs up icon to send an email to the family, which says you are interested in taking things to the next step.

Thumbs Up Icon Click the red thumbs down icon to send an email to the family, which says you cannot accept their position at this time.

When you send email to a family by clicking an icon in your Hot List, a record of the email sent to that family will be saved in your Message History. You can view your Message History by clicking the link that says:
 


Your Hot List and the Auto-Respond section gives you a way to directly communicate back to families even if you're not a paid Member.

To send auto-email responses to Families:

  1. Sign in at www.greataupair.com
  2. Enter your email
  3. Enter your password
  4. Click "My Hot List"
  5. Click "Auto-Respond"
We cannot give out your contact information to a non-member. If you are a paid Member you can contact the families directly. If the family is a paid member, they can contact you directly. If you want to notify the family of your interest in them, add their profile to your Hot List and they can respond to you with their interest. If you want to contact them directly, you must become a Paid Member.

It's easy to become a full member and receive all the families' contact information.

Here's what you do:

  1. Sign in to www.greataupair.com using your email address and password.

  2. Once you have signed in, click the link that says
    "Get Premium Membership".

  3. Choose whether you want a 30-day or 90-day membership. If you're paying by credit card, just fill in the boxes that ask for information and click submit. If you want to pay by check, Western Union or PayPal, just click the links under payment options and follow the directions.
