Job Description
We're a warm, close-knit Indian family of 3 soon to turn into 4, currently based between the UAE and India, and we're looking for a long-term, full-time Learning Guide & Companion to join our family and support our two children — our 5-year-old and our newborn.

Who We're Looking For
This role is more caregiver-meets-mentor/learning guide than a typical nanny/caregiver job. We follow a homeschooling / curiosity-based learning approach, so we need someone who will actively teach, play, and engage with our kids — not just supervise them.
Non-negotiable qualities:
Open-minded, honest, and adaptable
Warm, kind, and genuinely enthusiastic around children
Willing to become part of our family's day-to-day rhythm
Comfortable adopting our teaching style and methods
Patient and nurturing with a newborn, and engaging/playful with a 5-year-old
What You'll Be Doing
Guiding our 5-year-old through curiosity-led, homeschool-style learning activities
Actively playing, engaging, and bonding with both children (not just passive childcare)
Helping with basic newborn care
If live-in: contributing to household chores shared among the family (e.g., helping with cooking/cleaning gardening - when not with the kids)
Requirements
Fluent English is a must (spoken and understood clearly)
Additional languages are a strong bonus
Genuine love for children and prior experience with kids preferred
Willingness to travel between UAE and India with the family
Compensation & Setup
Salary: AED 1,500–2,200/month, depending on live-in vs. live-out arrangement and experience
Live-out preferred, but live-in is also welcome
In UAE: accommodation and food provided if live-in
In India: accommodation, travel, and visa fully covered by us.

Time off: bi-weekly days off + 1 month paid annual break (after completing 1 year)
