I seek to take up this task of the above post. The Training I received at Every Generation Ministries as a trainer and teacher, as a research assistant, and designed questionnaires for research. Watoto church as a children’s coordinator in Gulu where I Designed and implemented effective discipleship and training programs for the different age groups of children., Carried out children follow-ups and home visits to ensure that the children are okay during the week, Planned and implemented a program to reach children in their neighborhoods, Organized Sunday services for the children, and have a vibrant celebration with the children.
I possess a great sense of responsibility, able to exercise teamwork, have good communication skills, facilitation and presentation skills, and strong documentation and reporting skills.
The experiences gained from the different companies as a Leader have allowed me to gain practical work skills, be innovative and a team player to deliver day-to-day activities, and to fulfill the strategic plans of my employers.
I have experience in Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, E-mail, and many more, the ability to organize paperwork, and I am willing to learn.
