Thank you for taking the time to read my letter.

My name is Radka, and I am 48 years old. I work as a senior caregiver and have many years of experience in this field. Most recently, I worked for six months as a caregiver for an 89-year-old man in Belgium. I assisted him with hygiene, supported him with walking, prepared meals, cleaned, and helped him attend his doctor’s appointments. This was a 24-hour caregiving role. Unfortunately, my work ended when he was admitted to the hospital, so I am now seeking a new opportunity.

I have also worked as a live-in caregiver in Frankfurt, Germany, for a 92-year-old man with Parkinson’s disease and other health challenges. Before that, I gained two years of experience as a care assistant in the UK and worked for 10 years in a care home in the Czech Republic.

I am a patient, kind, and understanding person. I genuinely love caring for people and always aim to provide the best care possible. I am hardworking, honest, and positive, and I take my job very seriously. My goal is to make both the client and their family happy and comfortable.

In addition to caregiving, I have experience in housekeeping and hold a cooking certificate. I can keep the house tidy, do laundry, ironing, and prepare meals. If you share your recipes with me, I’d be happy to cook meals to your liking!

As a caregiver, I have experience with dementia, cancer, urinary infections, Alzheimer’s, and mobility assistance. I can help with personal hygiene, meal preparation, moving and handling, feeding, bathing, showering, and more. I enjoy spending quality time with clients, whether it’s going for walks in the park, traveling by car to interesting places (I have a driver’s license), or sharing their hobbies to make their day more enjoyable. I also enjoy gardening and can help keep the garden looking nice.

I also have experience working as a nanny. I am a mother to two grown children (24 and 27 years old), and I’ve cared for children of all ages, including newborns and toddlers. I have experience with children’s illnesses, feeding, bathing, diaper changes, and cooking meals for them. I enjoy playing with children and taking them for walks.
