of your organization, I believe I am an excellent candidate to be part of the team in your organization.Since
childhood, caring for vulnerable people has always been a part of me. I am a hardworking individual who always
demonstrates professionalism and is always keen to learn new skills.
Working with patients of all age groups who have been diagnosed with long term illnesses,I have acquired the
experience of how to provide them with the best health care they need.Also providing health services during the
Covid-19 Pandemic has made me become a dedicated person who is always looking forward to working with
patients and walking with them in their journey to recovery. This has enabled me to develop strong skills that prepare
me well for any challenges that I can come across within any work setting.
I have gained and mastered the skills to spot early warning signs of relapse, and any deterioration of a patient’s
physical and mental health. Again, I am confident and competent in liaising with the multidisciplinary team
regarding service users’ care and health needs. Furthermore, I can work as part of a team with other health care
professionals who are directly involved in service users’ care to deliver high-quality care.
I am an assertive, self-motivated, and adaptable individual who works well within a team and possesses strong
communication and motivational skills with the capacity to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment. I can
use my own initiative when it comes to decision-making and minimizing risks. I work well under pressure and can
remain calm while defusing potentially difficult situations.
