Hello! My name is Persèe and I’ve been a senior caregiver for almost a decade now. My natural love for helping the elderly and just people, in general, has brought me into many different homes where I’ve met some of the most amazing families and people. I would describe myself as being very patient, kind, thorough, observant, attentive, gentle, and responsible. I’m very flexible and accommodating and would make it my duty to make sure they are taken care of and every need is met with extreme care and promptly, which most families have appreciated. I have First Aid training as well as cooking, baking, and cleaning experience. I have a genuine love for helping people as one of my previous jobs was working full-time with the Greenpeace organization as well as the Public Outreach Foundation. A little background history about myself is one of my first jobs was at a senior home full time. I cook, do deep house cleanings, bathe them, and accommodate them in any way I can. My father has dementia and Parkinson’s so he is the reason for my career. I consider myself to be a well-rounded individual with a strong sense of integrity and a genuine desire to contribute to society and help those in need. I’m naturally a very clean person so common areas will always be tended to. I’ve taken care of many people ranging from pop-ins or overnight stays to long-term stays so I’m comfortable with whatever specific needs are required by the families. I’m very big on communication so keeping families updated and vice versa is always preferred and appreciated. With that being said I look forward to becoming your caregiver I can promise I will give my all to ensure the safety and needs of your family members are being met because that is what’s most important.
