Hi there! We’re Thomas (23) and Cloé (27), a young French couple excited to embark on a unique experience as au pairs. We’ve been together for 3 years and live in Périgueux, near Bordeaux. In 2025, we decided it’s time for us to discover new horizons! We don’t have a specific destination in mind yet because what excites us most is living a new culture, meeting families, sharing our French culture, and improving our English.

Who are we?
We’re both sociable, dynamic, and serious, with a great sense of communication. We love meeting new people, learning new things, and of course, spreading good vibes around us! :)

Thomas' background
Thomas has a BAC +2 in business, with experience in sales, customer relations, and hospitality. He’s also a passionate handyman, curious, and self-taught – he’ll be able to take care of your home (pool maintenance, gardening, minor repairs, etc.). Currently, he’s training to become a motorcycle mechanic and will take his exam in June 2025. He has an intermediate level of English, so communication will be smooth!

Cloé's background
I have a BAC in management and administration, along with a BAC +2 in assistant management. I’ve worked in various fields, including caregiving, sales, administration, and hospitality. I’m versatile and highly adaptable! I’ve also worked as a personal assistant for private clients (house cleaning, running errands, administrative help, meal prep). I’m passionate about cooking, especially French cuisine, since my father is a restaurateur listed in the Gault & Millau guide. I’d love to cook typical French dishes for your family! My English isn’t as fluent as Thomas’, so I’m also looking to improve during this experience.

Our experience with children and pets
We’re both the oldest in our families, so I’ve always been surrounded by younger siblings, and Thomas is great with kids too! We both have a natural connection with children, and they love us in return. We’d be happy to look after your little ones. Plus, we love animals, so taking care of your furry friends would be a real pleasure! I also have some experience with horses, having ridden in my younger years.

Our passions and projects
Outside of work, we’re both passionate about adventure! We’ve just acquired a van, which we’re currently converting for Vanlife – it’s called Sunny, and we can’t wait to hit the road. Our love for adventure drives us to discover different cultures and live life to the fullest.
