Job Description

I am seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant to provide day‑to‑day administrative, operational, and lifestyle support in a Makati (Rockwell)–based role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and brings structure, efficiency, and calm to both professional and personal tasks. The Personal Assistant will serve as a trusted partner, ensuring smooth coordination across schedules, communications, priorities, and confidential matters. Privacy and discretion are essential, as the role involves handling sensitive information and supporting a private individual with a quiet, well‑managed lifestyle.

Beyond core administrative duties, the Personal Assistant will manage all local coordination, including appointments, errands, suppliers, service providers, and on‑ground requirements within Rockwell and the surrounding Makati area. The role also requires regular coordination with a Singapore‑based company director, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between the Philippines and Singapore. At times, the Personal Assistant may need to travel to the Singapore office, either independently or accompanying the employer; all travel expenses, accommodations, and allowances will be fully provided.

This is a live‑out position offering a top‑tier, executive‑assistant‑level salary, reflecting the high level of trust, professionalism, and capability required.
