We are looking for a House Manager to help oversee extensive house projects, own smaller day to day tasks, and develop systems to ensure the household is operating as smoothly as possible. The House Manager will anticipate and solve issues before they arise. They will manage complex deadline-driven assignments around the house.

House Manager’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Planning large home projects and renovations - sourcing contractors, overseeing completion of work from start to finish
* Scheduling home maintenance / repair work
* Organizing, and setting up for events. Day of coordination
* Maintaining systems that are created to keep house running smoothly
* Handling household administrative duties
* Supervision of other household staff, such as cleaners and private chefs
* Ordering/pickup groceries, supplies, and other requested items
* Running errands
* Arranging appointments
* Keeping home organized and tidy
* Meal preparation

Requirements:

* 5+ years proven work experience as a House Manager or experience within a similar role
* Project Management experience
* Ability to communicate effectively and succinctly
* Knowledgeable on a wide range of areas related to the role
* Responsible, efficient, discreet and very reliable
* Ability to plan, coordinate and organize
* Ability to think strategically and at a high level
* Ability to be a self-directed worker
* Knowledge with Smart Home Technology
