Dear Family,
My name is Marlon 33 years old and grew up in a small town in Cagayan Valley, Philippines. I have completed my college years and earned a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. After my studies, i took a chance to work in standard hotel in my hometown and started as Room Attendant for a couple of years which gave me an opportunity to level up my position and got promoted to Admin Clerk for 6 years.
So i moved to Doha and have faced new challenges which has given me a chance to be more productive and yet professional in the field of Human Resources and General Administration. I'm a currently a residence of Qatar for almost 7 years now and still counting and yet, looking out for a new challenges as Personal Assistant or Housekeeper or whatever position that may fit for my qualification.
I am currently working as an Human Resource Coordinator at Century Hotel Doha. Moreover, In my most recent position, I maintained an exceedingly functional work space while managing the HR Process, Administration Procedures, Travel Management such airline and hotel booking, Calendar Activities, Employee Relations and so on.. . I have with problem-solving and work well independently. And with little oversight, I respond to request from colleagues clients in a timely manner. This has provided me with valuable knowledge that I would bring to any administrative position.
In addition to my office experiences, i am also a certified Housekeeper with NC II competency license. i can perform a full varieties of housekeeping tasks such as: Bed making, turn down service, Butler service, car washing, deep cleaning particularly in bed room and bathroom, packing and un-packing of guest personal belongings, pressing, and among others. During my college years, I was one of the top performers in Housekeeping Operation during our On the Job training program held at Superferry 16 Vessel, Philippines. I also attended seminars in Hotel Operations, Banquet Services and took up my Sea experience in Super ferry 16 (cruise line). .
Plus, I can take care also of young kids like 6 years old up. I can feed them, taking their bath, and taking them outside to play, teaching them good manners, perform sports and other physical activities, daily exercise, and tutoring. I am humble type of person, honest, reliable, caring, trustworthy, competent, and Loyal. I believe and I’m Praying to have a great and amazing host someday.
