Hello, my name is Marjorie and I am very willing to be an Au Pair. As of now, I am living with my senior mom and my sister. My eldest brother is married and currently working in the UAE. My dad and my 2nd brother have passed away. My dad died when I was 11 in the year of 2001 due to an accident while my brother died during pandemic, the year 2020 due to illness.
My hobbies are reading books, watching anime or scrolling through the internet to check what I can study more online.
The reason I would want to be an Aupair is because I am not so young anymore and realized that I need to step out of my comfort zone to see what each country has to offer whether in cultures or people while I am earning.
I love babies and children. I used to take care of my 2 nephews while they were still babies. Though it was a tough work, but I enjoyed it. I was also a Sunday school teacher and a youth speaker in our Church and these were the reasons why I studied Education.
I can help the host family by taking care of the children (if they have one or more) most especially in tutoring. I also know how to take care of family pets especially cat/s as I have cats too. I can also help by being a personal assistant in the office or do a secretarial job. I can definitely clean the house as well like doing the laundry, mop, vacuum, etc. I can cook and bake.
I am looking forward to starting my Aupair journey in a warm family where I can learn their culture, lifestyle, education, recipes/food, and visit some awesome places.
My future plans at this time are to be an Aupair or work outside my country. I want to save enough money for my retirement and when I get old, like old enough to retire, I will visit each country I dreamed of visiting since I was a child, and save money for business for stability.
