*(Work Experiences)
In my recent job, I am a healthcare administrative assistant for a clinic in Florida, but I am working from home. I am responsible for the scheduling of the doctor's appointment with the patient. I handled phone calls, emails, and texts. But in my previous job, the first one, I was a customer service representative for a BPO company for a healthcare account. I was able to learn skills in communication, multitasking, typing speed, working under pressure, being resourceful, and handling stress. My job is to provide our patient with a DME such as a wheelchair, nebulizer, walker, etc. I am processing prescription orders and doing inbound and outbound calls. I also worked for the insurance company Aetna, and I am responsible for our members' coverage benefits and eligibility. After that, I transferred to a different company as a senior associate working on a healthcare account, and I am doing administrative tasks such as referrals, emails, and triage. For over 5 years, I worked as a Customer Service Representative in the BPO industry and as a Virtual Assistant I developed extensive experience with problem solving and increasing customer satisfaction. Answering phones and emails, responding to customer inquiries and complaints. Furthermore, by interacting with customers all day, I am honing my communication skills, which will help me improve my vocabulary and pronunciation. This has assisted me in becoming a better speaker and conversing fluently with others.
*Personal Skills and Hobbies
As to my general skills and hobbies, I was able to experience outdoor skills like driving bikes and motorbikes. I also learned farm skills because our family owned a farm where I also helped grow plants and vegetables. Sometimes I also manage to help my sister with their babies. I was able to experience taking care of my nephews. I am also doing household chores, cleaning houses, and maintaining the cleanliness of our surroundings. I also love hiking and trekking. I also love the beaches and morning walks. When I turned 18, I was able to become an independent. I have lived alone up until now, and being independent really helps me become the best version of myself. I was able to handle my own bills and other financial matters. I have been single for a very long time, and as of this moment, I want to go outside of my country to challenge myself to become more strong and start a new life with the people I am working with. I am also very positive in all things. I love someone who can improve in all aspects of life. I can accept criticism from other people, especially those who care about me and want me to grow. My personality is that I can get along with people easily and adjust to whatever the situation is. I am also a traveler. I was able to travel to our local place here in the Philippines, and that's where I met a lot of people with different stories and cultures. I love to visit places that are rich in culture and have jaw-dropping views.


*Education

I am a graduate of the Bachelor of Secondary Education program, and I am a licensed teacher. I was able to practice my profession for a short time only. I also have an on-going Master's in teaching, and I already have 9 units as of this moment.
