Answer telephone calls of the clients and overhead in the company.

Maintenance Technical Secretary:
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
Maintain contact lists.

Ensure a safe working environment for everyone working onsite.
Advise the maintenance managers and report to the safety team any unsafe
acts and condition.
Facilitate internal Maintenance Department activity/meetings.
Generate and produce (consolidates, drafts and reviews) various reports of
the Maintenance Department including presentations when required.
Facilitate smooth communications within Maintenance Department.
Provide administrative assistance for the Maintenance Managers and can be
extended to Supervisors if where necessary.
Arrange and coordinate maintenance team members’ logistical needs.
Ensure non-disclosure and safe keeping of any confidential information of the
company.
Ensure all Maintenance KPA’s and relevant DPC information isa available and kept
up to date.
Compile and consolidate Maintenance report, OIR and Action tracking including
commercial and other reports as actioned in meeting and from maintenance
managers output requirements.
Participate in plant wide programs initiated by the Environmental, Health and
Safety and HRA (i.e., plant clean-up, wellness program, round meetings etc.)
Participate and support the Integrated (Quality, Safety and Environment
Management Systems).
Perform other related work as required.
