1.Provides administrative assistance and office/department support, updating and maintaining the department’s documentation/filing.
2.Providing customers with information about pricing and product availability.
3.Directly assisting VP for Sales & Marketing, VP for SDAD, and all Sales Executive & Product Managers for all sales request such as delivery concerns, inventory update, annual/monthly sales/product report, coordination, monitoring/update of projects and other clerical/admin request.
4.Support and Assist in project requirements, bidding documentation and project turn-over documents.
5.Provides support and participates in product training and seminars, special events, tie-ups and sponsorship and other marketing events and exhibitions, as required and directed.
6.Works closely to Sales, Technical team and Engineering department and other key department for the sales and project updates and requirements.
7.Providing Purchase Order from Local and Foreign Supplier. Coordinating closely from sending P.O up to shipment process.
8.Providing Sales invoice, delivery receipt and other billing documentation for company clients.
9.Working closely with Importation and Finance department for shipping and payment process for the local and foreign purchase.
10.Providing and consolidating all sales and marketing weekly work schedules and accomplishment report.
