Hello, I’m a charming person who loves to explore the world. One way of doing that is to find a job abroad, to also earned for living by to support the need of my family. Especially that I’m a single mom, I wanted to give a comfortable life for my sunshine little kiddo. My job experience was being part of a BPO industries or should I say in other words a Customer Service Representative. I’ve been with this industry for almost 5 years now. So I dealt a foreign people every single day. The accounts so far that I was able to get assigned was, for a retail account where we track the orders of the customers or providing refunds and replacement if in needed for the situation. To be followed by, I also supported a technical account in which what we do is helping customers on troubleshooting there devices like routers, extenders or wireless adapters. Common issue they have is like dropping of the internet connection, slow internet connection or setting their newly purchased devices that’s from our account. Then lastly, was I had experience also in billing and sales. I’m not gonna drop any name but this is one of the huge telco department in US where we cater about there bills for internet, cable and cellphones, then making sort of upsell or cross sell after their inquiry about their bills. Furthermore, I had experienced with some of the tools that we are using at work. I may not be that good at all the tools that was given but I’m a fast learner and in this phases of technology now I really have to be open for everything. This is how my attitude at work. Anyway, I don’t wanna keep living in this kind of setup. I also have a dreamed to work abroad and know other culture and experience it myself. Thank you for your time reading.
