Introduction
Ex-employee at the Royalton White Sands and Blue Waters Resorts. I worked there as a Guest Service Agent for ten (10) months (August 2022–June 2023). My duties were mainly customer service; assisting guests with their complaints, documenting, filing, assisting with the check-in of guests, answering calls and overall personalizing the experiences for the guest. (Received an award for the most improved staff for the month of January 2023).
● Youth of Vision Academy (YOVA) as a Mentorship Action Group Coordinator (2023-2025). I started off working at this company as a Youth Care officer where I was tasked with the safety, supervision and support of the students, data collecting, report writing as well as mentoring. I was promoted to the position of a Mag Coordinator. With this new position I’m tasked with a more superior role; where I assign duties to different team members.
● Riu Palace Aquarelle (August 2025 – October 2025). I work there as a front desk agent where I was one of the main and first contact for the guest. My duties were tied around customer satisfaction and well-being. Other tasks included: check-in guests, checkouts, inhouse calls, outbound calls, guest complaints, requisitions for rooms, assist with reservations and dinner bookings alongside several other daily expectations.
