Hello, my name is Hailey. I have been a nanny, house manager, personal assistant, and helped with social media for over ten years. I started working at a very young age. Within those years I have also had experience with chef based work as well as housekeeping. I am CPR, First Aid, safety precautions, water safety, and sleep trained certified. I have several strengths as a professional that have contributed to my success, including being dedicated to not only the job but the family, loving, caring, respectful, hard working, driven, motivated, reliable, outgoing, and flexible. As a career nanny I take the initiative in my positions by going above and beyond. Taking initiative involves being proactive and anticipating the needs of both the children and the parents. I am a very proactive person and do things that parents didn’t even know they needed. In my past position I was not only the nanny but the house hold manager and also turned into the family/business assistant. Anticipating the needs of the family that I am working for is very important to me because I am not only helping raise the children but also help running the household and my goal is by the time the parents get home they can just focus on spending time with their children or if they don’t have children doing things that they want to do when they get home instead of what usually is needed. My last family I was with for three years and developed the strongest bond with them sadly I had to leave them due to moving to Texas!! I have my bachelors degree in biomedical sciences but my fiancé and I have decided that when we have our own family we would like me to stay home and raise our family and run the household which I couldn’t be happier about. I love the career that I have chosen to pursue. I am one of the hardest workers especially at my age and I have my parents to thank for that. I can’t wait to meet my next family and my ultimate goal is to make their lives easier in every way possible!
