We are a warm and respectful family living in Istanbul, Turkey and we are looking for a kind, energetic and child-focused nanny to join our home.
We have two lovely boys (9 and 5 years old) who are active, curious and sweet children. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves spending time with children and enjoys supporting their development through play, activities and learning.
Responsibilities
• Spending quality time with the children
• Organizing creative and educational activities
• Helping with homework and daily routines
• Supporting the children’s schedule and organization
• Keeping the children active and engaged
While the children are at school during the day, the nanny will help with daily tidy-up and organization related to the children and the household (light cleaning, organizing toys, keeping the home tidy).
This is not a heavy housekeeping position, but someone who naturally keeps things clean, organized and well managed.
Preferred qualifications
• University graduate
• Background or training in child development or pedagogy
• Fluent English speaker
• Loving, patient and responsible with children
• Organized and able to guide children in routines
• Swimming skills are a plus
During the summer months (around 3 months) we spend time at our summer house, and the nanny will join us there and enjoy outdoor activities with the children.
