Our family consists of a father who is American and a mother who is German, and we have six children in total. We have lived abroad for professional and lifestyle reasons and are currently living in Istanbul, Turkey. The father is working abroad, and the mother works from home. We are looking for a nanny who is reliable, trustworthy, and experienced in childcare, and who will be able to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children.

We are seeking a reliable, trustworthy, and experienced part-time nanny to care for our 3 younger children (2, 5, and 7 years old) and help with household tasks related to the children. The nanny will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children, engaging them in age-appropriate activities, and ensuring their well-being while we are away. Depending on the nanny's skills and qualifications, tutoring services may be required.

Responsibilities:
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children
• Supervising and engaging children in age-appropriate activities, including playtime, educational games, and outdoor activities
• Preparing and serving healthy meals and snacks for the children
• Changing diapers and helping with toilet training for the youngest child
• Providing first aid and administering medication if necessary
• Maintaining a tidy and organized environment for the children
• Helping with children's laundry and other household tasks related to the children
• Communicating with parents regularly about the children's progress and needs
• Tutoring services if required (depending on the nanny's qualifications and skills)

Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
• Positive attitude, patience, and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Ability to provide references from previous childcare experiences (preferred)

This position is part-time, and the work schedule will be determined based on the nanny's availability and our family's needs. We are looking for a fun, responsible, and flexible nanny who loves to play and is passionate about caring for children.
