We are a young, international family of three living in Zurich, Switzerland. Our daughter is now two years old – she is joyful, dynamic, and very present. She’s curious about everything around her, always wants to explore, discover, and understand the world. Her energy and zest for life inspire us every day, and we’re looking for someone who can truly connect with her – someone loving, patient, and engaged who enjoys spending time with a bright and spirited child.
As a family, we’re warm, open, and active. We love to travel and experience new places together, so we are ideally looking for someone with an EU passport who could join us occasionally on trips. We value honesty, respect, and a positive attitude in everyday life.
The role includes both childcare and household support – so we are looking for someone who is proactive, responsible, and well-organised. Someone who enjoys both spending quality time with a child and keeping a household running smoothly. Good cooking skills are a bonus!
We are flexible when it comes to living arrangements (live-in or live-out), and we offer a warm and respectful environment where we hope you will feel at home.

About the role:
We are looking for an organised and experienced Nanny/House Manager/Housekeeper to help with both childcare and managing our home. You will engage with our daughter, support her development, pick her up from preschool, take her to activities, and always be fully focused on her safety and wellbeing.
At the same time, you will manage household tasks such as:
• Cleaning and maintaining the home
• Laundry and ironing
• Cooking and meal preparation (good cooking skills are a big plus)
• Keeping things in order, thinking ahead, and taking initiative
What we’re looking for:
• A warm, responsible, and reliable person who enjoys working with children
• Someone who is imaginative, creative, and fun – yet very well organised and on time
• Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
• A structured, self-motivated person who sees what needs to be done and takes action
• Someone who is flexible and willing to travel with us from time to time
• Honest, discreet, and trustworthy
• Must hold a European passport or have the legal right to work in Switzerland
Details:
• Based in Zurich, Switzerland

• Mostly weekday work, occasionally weekends
• Live-in or live-out possible (private room and bathroom provided if live-in)
