Hi everyone ?
We’re an international family looking for a nanny / au pair to join us starting summer 2026 in Italy, and ideally continue with us afterward in Songdo, Incheon (South Korea) — with additional international travel over time.
We don’t have relatives nearby, so the right person would become a genuinely important part of our family.

Family of 5
Parents: grew up in the EU and Hong Kong
Children:
Girl, born 2021 (4 years old)
Boy, born 2024 (1 year old)
Boy, born 2025 (5 months old)
We already have a wonderful long-term live-in nanny who has been with us for several years, as well as trusted part-time help. You would be joining an established, respectful, and well-structured household, not managing everything alone.
We’ve hosted au pairs before and value clear communication, mutual trust, and a calm atmosphere.
? Who we’re hoping to find
We’re not looking for “staff” energy — more someone who naturally fits an older sister / au pair role:
Warm, playful, and genuinely enjoys spending time with children
Reading stories, singing, playing, helping with routines
Calm, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable collaborating with another nanny
Flexible and curious about different cultures and travel
? Languages
English is required (for daily communication)
Other languages (Chinese, European languages, etc.) are a plus, but not required
? Travel & lifestyle
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys movement and variety:
Summer 2026 in Italy
Then South Korea (Songdo, Incheon)
Over time, travel between Korea, Italy, Hong Kong, Australia, and potentially other destinations
Flexibility and adaptability are important — we’ll always plan properly, but this is not a single-location role.

Live-in or live-out depending on location
Compensation is flexible for the right person
We cannot sponsor a visa, but:
Working Holiday visas for South Korea work very well for this role
We’re happy to talk through options if you’re already eligible
