We are a warm and active family of four — mom, dad, and two daughters (one school-aged, one toddler). We live by the beach in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where life is filled with sunshine, nature, and creativity. Our girls are adventurous, curious, and full of joy. We don’t have a TV at home — instead, we encourage reading, music, audiobooks, and creative play. We are looking for an au pair who can become part of our family — someone with a warm demeanor, who is fun, high-energy, and genuinely loves children. An educational background or childcare experience is a plus!

Duties & Responsibilities As our au pair, your main role is to be a mother’s helper and support the family with: Caring for the children with love, patience, and creativity. Helping organize engaging and educational activities (reading, arts & crafts, outdoor play, music, etc.). Assisting with light household tasks related to the children (tidying play areas, children’s laundry, simple meal prep). Occasionally staying with both kids for short periods (e.g. date night), often with grandma nearby for extra support. Helping with light errands when needed. Important family values: Around the kids, or smart devices are allowed — we value presence and connection. We also ask for respect, proper presentation, and full discretion (no sharing or taking pictures of our children or family).
Schedule & Flexibility We are a flexible and adaptable family, and we expect the same spirit from our au pair. The schedule will be arranged together so it works for both sides.
