Family's Introduction to Nanny
Hey there! We are an active, entrepreneurial Dutch-Italian family living in a gorgeous, spacious house in the heart of Amsterdam (right by the best parks and green spaces). We’re looking for an energetic, autonomous, and warm nanny/au pair (ages 22–45) to join our team and care for our sunny, hilarious 3-year-old girl.
Job Description
Premium Au Pair Role in Central Amsterdam (Italian Speaker Preferred)

Top-Tier Salary: Competitive professional pay (scaled to your age/experience).
Double Bonus: Full 13th-month bonus + Vacation pay every May (equivalent to another full month's salary).

What You’ll Do (30–34 Hours/Week)
Start date ideally around June 2026. Your schedule is optimized to support our busy weekend routines, giving you your mid-weeks entirely free!
Childcare & Growth: Focus on developmental play, reading, toddler gym, and singing Italian nursery rhymes (Italian fluency is a massive plus, but all nationalities are welcome!).
Daily Organization: Curating her closet, keeping play areas aesthetic and tidy, planning monthly activities, and packing for outings.
Light Household Support: Grocery shopping, prep of healthy meals a few times a week, and keeping the kitchen/kid zones organized.
Note: We have professional cleaners twice a week, so no heavy deep-cleaning is expected! Just daily tidying (diaper bin, dishes, restocking).
Your Typical Week
Wednesday & Thursday: Always OFF. Monday & Tuesday: 09:00 – 17:30
Friday: 15:00 – ~22:00 (Once a month, we hire a backup sitter so you get Friday night off!)
Saturday: 09:00 – 14:00
Sunday: Generally OFF (with just a few hours expected sometimes). Sound like you? If you have a proactive "can-do" mentality, love working independently, and want to live in one of Europe's coolest cities.
