We are a family of five living in Tokyo. We have three young children—our eldest was born in 2021, our second in 2023, and our youngest in 2024. As you can imagine, our home is always lively and full of energy! We are looking for someone who can become a trusted part of our daily life, helping us care for the children and maintain a happy, organized home.
Our Home & Daily Life
Our home is warm and welcoming, and we value kindness, patience, and open communication. Our children love to play, explore, and learn new things. They are full of curiosity and enjoy spending time with caring and engaging adults. We hope to find someone who enjoys being around children and can help create a positive and safe environment for them.
Since both parents work, your support will be a big help in keeping our home running smoothly. We would love to welcome someone who is proactive, reliable, and understands the balance between childcare and household tasks.
What We Are Looking For in a Nanny & Household Helper
We hope to find someone who is:
•Kind, patient, and loves children
•Responsible and proactive in handling daily tasks
•Comfortable assisting with both childcare (playing, meals, bath time, dressing, etc.) and household tasks (laundry, cleaning, cooking, organizing)
•Able to communicate in English or Japanese (basic conversation is okay)
•Open to a long-term position if things work out well

Job Details:
•Location: Tokyo (our home)
•Working Hours: Flexible, mainly weekdays (negotiable)
•Responsibilities:
Childcare:
•Playing and engaging with the children
•Assisting with meals and bath time
•Helping with dressing and diaper changes
Household Tasks:
•Laundry and folding clothes
•Washing dishes and tidying up
•General cleaning and organizing
•Cooking simple meals
Ideal Candidate:
•Experience with young children (nanny or childcare experience preferred)
•Able to communicate in English or Japanese (basic level is okay)
•Responsible, kind, and proactive
•Comfortable handling both childcare and housework
•Preferably looking for a long-term position
