we're looking for a full time live-in nanny for 4 year old. We live in Bellandur, Bangalore.
- must have had direct experience handling toddlers on her own (not as helper to a mom/ lady of the house etc but independently capable of managing toddler tasks like preparing food, cleaning bottles and lunchboxes, lunch bags, clothes, giving bath, Brushing teeth, combing hair, putting to bed and naps, and taking for play area, parks, arranging playdates withing community, maintaining hygeine,playing and engaging the child with meaningful activities that are screenfree, etc )
- ideally between 30-45 years of age
- must be trustworthy, hardworking and accommodating; the rest can be trained
- must be live-in; no exceptions
- must come with or thru reference
- preferably willing to work with leaves of 15 days every 6 months
- must speak any of: Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, English
We already have a cook for two times, and our 4YO old goes to school 8am-1 pm. Reason we need a live-in is because my husband and I are dual-income and work full time jobs requiring travel or late night, and a live-in will provide the stability for those times when we both are out of Bangalore or back home late. Neither of our family live in Bangalore, so we need someone who is capable and we can trust!
We are *only* looking for folks via reference. She will be well taken care of, and it's a happy household that runs itself with their help, and all the women get along. We will train her where needed ? all she needs is a good attitude and experience building great rapport with child and able to play with child (not as a helper, but as nanny.)
