Hi! We're Michal and Noach, 31 and 33 years old. We just celebrated our 11 year anniversary yesterday. We have, with the help of g-d, build a beautiful family and lifestyle in our years together. Our children are respectful and kind. We teach them good Jewish values and send them to our local Jewish private day school 5 days a
week. The kids are very sociable and they're ambitious entrepeneurs. One of their favorite activities is making lemonade stands when it's warm out and hot cocoa stands when it's cooler. They get their entrepeneurial spirit from us, Mom and Dad. We both have our own businesses, which allows us to work on our own schedule, but also means we have 24/7 responsibilities to our work and family. Mom is a clothing designer and the kids love to be involved with the designs and styles and are very proud when their ideas come to life! We value independence and our children are encouraged to learn by everyday exploring and trial and error. We are a minimal- screen time family but we do have a family movie night each Sunday night which we look forward to all week. We put a movie on a projector (we dont own a TV) and gather around with snacks to make it really cozy and memorable.

We are a nice family raising our children in a spacious home filled with love. Both mom and dad are self employed so our work allows us to be home but attentive to work-related issues full time. We are seeking to hire a capable, energetic, pleasant and kind woman to be like a third parent to our children and join us in our task of raising them in a clean, functional home. Our 3 older children go to school 8 hours a day but our 1 year old delightful baby is home. Our helper's responsibilities include childcare, housekeeping such as cleaning and laundry as well as some food prep and help in our home office when necessary (packaging orders for example)... basically whatever we can do, we expect our help to be willing to do. We hope to find someone we can invite to be the 3rd responsible adult in our household and share in our beautiful family life.
