My husband and I are currently looking to hire a caring, responsible, and energetic nanny or au pair to become part of our family and help care for our three wonderful children:

* Two boys, ages 7 and 6
* One daughter, age 4

We are a very active and busy family with full schedules and lots of activities throughout the year.

Our two sons are passionate about hockey and frequently travel for tournaments throughout the United States and occasionally internationally. They also participate in lacrosse, baseball, and tennis.

Our daughter is currently enrolled in gymnastics, tennis, swimming, and is learning to skate with hopes of joining a hockey team in the future.

We also have a sweet and loving German Shepherd who is very much part of our family.

Our home includes:

* A swimming pool
* Home gym
* Tennis court
* Hockey rink (Oct-March)
* Backyard playset for the children

Safety is our absolute top priority. Because of our children’s schedules and activities, it is extremely important that our nanny or au pair:

* Has safe and responsible driving experience
* Is a confident swimmer
* Is dependable, mature, organized, and attentive

We travel often as a family for both sports and vacations, and there may be opportunities for you to join us on trips if you are interested.

About Our Family

We have:
Two boys, ages 7 and 6

Our children are highly active and involved in many sports and activities throughout the year. Hockey is a major part of our family life, especially for our two sons, who travel for tournaments both within the United States and occasionally internationally.

In addition to hockey, our boys also participate in:

Learn-to-skate lessons with hopes of joining hockey in the future

We are an energetic household that values kindness, responsibility, structure, and safety above all else.

School & Transportation Responsibilities

Beginning September 2026, all three children will attend different schools.

Morning School Schedule:

All children attend school Monday–Friday.

Oldest Son:
School is approximately 30 minutes away
Requires driving on a busy highway
Departure time: approximately 7:20 AM

Second Son:
New school beginning September 2026
Approximately 15–20 minutes away
Also requires driving on busy roads/highways
Departure time: approximately 7:20 AM

Daughter:
School is approximately 5 minutes away
Departure time: approximately 8:00 AM

Afternoon Pickups:
Pickup time for all three children is approximately 2:40 PM.

Although I am currently a stay-at-home mother and will often be available to assist with school pickups, drop-offs, and activities, we are specifically looking for someone who feels extremely comfortable and confident driving children safely.

Safe driving is one of the most important qualifications for this position.

Sports & Activity Schedule

Both boys have:
Hockey practice approximately 3 times per week
Weekend games and tournaments

Additional activities throughout the week may include:

Tennis
Lacrosse
Baseball
Gymnastics
Swimming
Playdates
Birthday parties

The nanny/au pair should be organized, punctual, and comfortable managing busy schedules and transportation.

Responsibilities & Duties:

We are looking for someone who is proactive, nurturing, organized, energetic, and genuinely enjoys spending time with children.

Childcare Responsibilities:

*School drop-offs and pickups
*Driving children to and from sports and activities
*Helping with homework and school organization
*Supervising indoor and outdoor play
*Engaging with the children in a positive and active way
*Driving children to birthday parties and playdates when needed

Household Responsibilities Related to the Children!!

*Preparing breakfast, snacks, lunches, and dinners for the children
*Cleaning up after meals and snacks
*Loading dishes and lunchboxes into the dishwasher
*Doing the children’s laundry
*Putting away clean clothes in closets and drawers
*Organizing the children’s bedrooms
*Tidying toys and organizing bookshelves

Because we have a swimming pool, active children, busy schedules, and frequent driving responsibilities, we are looking for someone who:

*Has excellent driving skills and a clean driving record
*Is comfortable driving on highways and in busy traffic
*Is a confident swimmer
*Is attentive, responsible, and dependable
*Can remain calm and organized in busy environments

Please be fully present while on shift.

We ask for minimal phone use during working hours unless:

*Communicating directly with us parents
*We are communicating with the children
*There is an emergency or important childcare-related matter
We truly value meaningful engagement and attentiveness with our children.
