We are seeking a reliable, caring, and proactive individual to join our family as a Nanny/Household Manager. The primary responsibilities of this role include providing safe and nurturing care for our children, managing household tasks, and assisting with meal preparation. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Childcare:
Safely transporting children to and from school, extracurricular activities, and appointments.
Supervising and engaging with children in age-appropriate activities.
Assisting with homework and school projects.
Providing a loving and nurturing environment for the children.
Monitoring children's well-being and reporting any concerns to parents.
Household Management:
Performing light housekeeping tasks such as tidying up common areas, laundry, and dishes.
Managing household schedules and coordinating appointments.
Running errands as needed, such as grocery shopping or picking up dry cleaning.
Organizing and maintaining children's belongings and play areas.
Keeping track of household supplies and replenishing as necessary.
Meal Preparation:
Planning and preparing nutritious meals and snacks for the family.
Adhering to any dietary restrictions or preferences.
Cleaning up after meals and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
Additional Chores:
Assisting with pet care, such as feeding and walking pets.
Watering plants and basic gardening tasks.
Assisting with organization projects as needed.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in childcare, preferably as a nanny or babysitter.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Flexibility with scheduling, including occasional evenings and weekends.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
