Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting children's academic and emotional development. ( NFCE CACHE AWARD Level-3 in Learning and supporting teaching in Schools). My experience in child care for more than four years under a senior OFSTED registered childcare provider has equipped me with a deep understanding of the unique needs of children and the ability to create engaging and educational activities that foster their growth.
I pride myself on establishing strong and trusting relationships with children and their families. ( CACHE qualification Partnership with Parents) By actively listening, observing, and responding to their individual needs, I can tailor my approach and provide the support and guidance necessary for their well-being and personal development.
In addition to my experience, my educational background in EYFS child care and teaching CACHE Diplomas has further strengthened my knowledge of child psychology, safety protocols, and best practices in child care. I am dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest research and trends in the field, ensuring I always provide the highest quality of care.
My work experiences as a child carer/nanny provided me with valuable knowledge and skills about child development. I have learned how to communicate effectively with children, adapt their language and tone to match the child's age and comprehension level, and become skilled at active listening and understanding non-verbal cues. I have also developed strong organisational skills to complete all necessary tasks efficiently. Additionally, I have acquired problem-solving skills to address issues ranging from minor conflicts between children to finding creative solutions to everyday challenges. I have learned to create a nurturing environment where children feel comfortable, secure, and can trust their caregivers. I have developed the flexibility and resilience to adapt to unexpected changes in schedules, routines, and the needs of the children.
Outside of work, my passion for fostering children's growth extends to my hobbies and interests, from engaging in creative pursuits like arts and crafts, storytelling, and music to stimulating children's imagination, creativity, and self-expression.
I continuously seek opportunities to expand my skills and enrich my understanding of child care. I have recently upgraded my childcare-related CPD courses such as First Aid, Health and Safety, as well as obtained SEND Diploma, ADHD Diploma, understanding Autism Diploma and Dyslexia Diploma.
My future ambitions revolve around making a lasting impact on the lives of children. I aspire to create a supportive and stimulating environment that empowers each child to reach their full potential. (EYFS teaching Diploma and ChildMnider Certificate) I aim to instil a lifelong love for learning and personal growth by continuously fostering their curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
