Hello!

I'm Lily and I’m 22 from London, UK.

I've been a nanny for four years to support myself throughout university, with a couple years of babysitting previously.
I also work as a personal assistant for entrepreneurs with disabilities.
I'm a photographer, and have social media management experience too.

Earlier this year, I graduated with a degree in music and so I'm searching for travelling roles abroad in order to see more of the world and continue working with children.

I understand it's difficult to leave your little ones with another person, so I will always treat your child like my own!

I am willing to travel worldwide, I have international teaching experience, I can be flexible with working hours, and I'm available for tutoring for all subjects for children under 16.

I am also available for singing/instrument lessons in guitar, piano, ukulele, and harmonica.

I am currently the nanny of two wonderful twin girls, aged 7.
Prior to this, I was with my last family for three years for a Venezuelan family with a girl, aged 7, and a boy, aged 12.
My responsibilities have included doing school runs, preparing balanced meals, assisting with homework, planning day trips to the park or beach, and overseeing fun activities like baking or gardening!

Prior to my nannying roles, I taught English in a language school in Seville, Spain for three months to gain a Level 3 TESOL qualification (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages).

This role involved teaching children of all ages, from toddlers to older teenagers.
I led 1-1 sessions, assisted senior teachers, and designed learning activities tailored to the children's unique abilities and goals. With the toddlers, we sang songs and played games to help them memorise vocabulary in a fun and engaging way. With the older children and teens, the focus was helping them to feel confident conversing in a second language, and also getting them through their English exams required for university.

This experience showed me how rewarding working with young children is, allowed me to work and live abroad for the first time and also began my love for Spanish culture!

I have a basic understanding of Spanish, and would love to become fluent one day.

I love gardening and growing herbs and vegetables, which compliments my other hobby of cooking!

I'm a degree-educated, native English speaker.
Confident with swimming.
UK Passport.
DBS checked (2019)

I don't yet have a driver's license just yet so I'd prefer somewhere easy to walk around or with good transport links to nearby towns/cities if
possible.
