Introduction
I have 7 months experience as a nanny working with various ages from 4 years to 14 years, both girls and boys. As the oldest of 8 siblings I also have personal experience with helping raise children, including those with disabilities. My previous profession was disability support which has also made me very understanding and comfortable working around children who have more complex needs. I understand the importance of respecting the differences between families and can provide assistance without judgement. I hope to gain more professional experience and continue encouraging children to grow into there best selves. Activities I most enjoy engaging with children are cooking/ baking for life skills and art/ crafts to encourage creativity.
