My name is Diana and I am 32 years old from Sweden.
Here in Sweden I’ve been working as an entrepreneur for the last 2-3 years, specialising in social media marketing. But as I am not very happy here and miss the feeling of being part of a family so I wanted to apply to work as an aupair or nanny and follow my dreams towards exploring the US.
As a person I am honest, humble and kind. I believe family is the most important treasure in life and I started my own business here mostly to be able to spend more time with my son, and he’s my biggest achievement. He is a kindhearted, smart, calm and loving boy.
I know that the norm might not be to hire an aupair that already has a child, but I would like to view it as a confirmation of experience and seriousness.
If there would be any trouble with housing both of us then I’d be open to find housing for us close to you if needed.
My son’s name is Dominic and he is 7 years old. He is playful and so loving with other children (as he has always wanted siblings). But I can’t provide that, but I’d like for him to experience the family feeling, so this would mean a lot for both of us.
My deepest wish would be for us to connect in a level that we’d be able to support each other in anything, and to have good connection for years to come. We are a small duo that value family, love and respect very much.
My first job as an aupair was in Gold Coast, Australia. I took care of a 2 year old girl called Lucy, I cherish that experience so much and I kind of wish that it never ended as the family were just amazing and loving people.
I know this might be an unusual way to hire since I am a bit older than most girls that applies, but I’m sure I’d be ideal to most families due to my experience and that I also take my role very seriously. To be able to work in the US I need to apply work a working visa (1 year visa usually). I’ve already looked up the rules and process and I don’t think it will be hard. When I applied for a working visa for Australia before it was approved in just a few days.
I am specifically searching for US since it’s been a childhood dream of mine to explore the country and your culture. (I’ve heard that you are kind loving people). I got relatives that live in Scottsdale, AZ that has encouraged me to visit the states so if you live in AZ then I could also stay with them and work as a Nanny if needed.
