Dear host family, I hail from the beautiful coastal city, Durban of South Africa. I'm a lover of the simple pleasures in life, I love a Chilled day out at the beach/park with close meaningful people. I love adventure, travel and exploring my limits. One of my greater passions in life lies in teaching. I have always been passionate towards it because of the countless opportunities it provides to change and improve another life. I'm a family orientated person hence I have always been surrounded by children. I have a 11year old brother, having a younger sibling allowed me to gain majority of my child care experience before au pairing in the USA. These things are what motivated me to become an au pair. Choosing to become an au pair was an easy decision for me since caring for children has always been a major part of my life. I'm accustomed with the behaviour, needs and wants of children since I have a younger sibling myself. I have au paired in the United States Of America from 2018-2020. I looked after 3 beautiful girls. When I arrived in October 2018, both girls where 5 and 3years old. In March 2019 we welcomed our 3rd baby girl. I’ve also au paired for a South African family from July2022 - june2023 Looking after 2beautiful boys: Newborn-1year and 5year old. Being an au pair as been a blessing, it’s what I’m truly passionate about. I’ve gained so much of experience and knowledge in my 2years of au pairing in the US. Every child is different and you need different approaches in order to win their trust and be able to cater to their needs. With patience and love you can make anything work. I dedicate myself entirely whenever I take on the responsibility of another persons child or any task. I would love to au pair for families in my own country. I love exploring different cultures and diversities. I am willing to relocate. I would be estatic to join your family and ensure you that your child/children will be in excellent care. I will put in quality effort and also ensure that the child is satisfied.
