Dear Family,
My name is Andra, and I speak/write fluent English, French and Spanish. I started being a full time Nanny-doing also housekeeping/ironing and cooking tasks in 2000.
I was a live in nanny for different families, in different countries for 4 years, till 2004.
I worked as a Nanny in France, Italy, Switzerland and the U.S., before I went back to Geneva, to study there.
Apart from taking care of the kids, I also did household chores, including cleaning, ironing, cooking, and have some experience with gardening, from a volunteering job I did recently.
After I started my studies in Geneva, I was again a nanny: live out, for one year, live-in for another 2 years, for a mother with 3 kids, that lost their father to an accident.
I've mainly taken care of kids aged 2 to 13 y.o. getting them ready for school, breakfast, driving them to school, helping with homework with excellent results, driving them to after school activities, playing and doing other creative activities. Preparing lunch or other meals for the family.
Other tasks were cleaning, ironing (depending on the family needs).
I am someone energetic and like sports as well. I enjoy activities like hiking, nature walks, roller-blading, swimming, and even ice-skating, besides drawing, board games, painting, handcrafts.
I personally took on painting in the last year as a hobby.
After I finished my studies in Geneva, I became a professional Coach/Therapist and worked self-employed for 10 years with hundreds of people, tutoring, training and helping them w/ their challenges.So, I am an experienced educator.
I am looking now for a Nanny/Au-pair again or taking care of Elderly or housekeeping.
I consider myself to be quite a good cook, and I am experienced also with pet-sitting & taking care of dogs/cat/fish.
I someone kind, very reliable, hardworking, active, energetic, and organised.
I have a very healthy life-style.
I consider I have very good communication skills as well.
I love being in nature, I do meditation and yoga.
