To my dearest host family, I'm Jackielyn from the Philippines. A professional license teacher and certified caregiver in my country. As a simple girl grown up in the province of Cebu I was trained to do domestic works in our house and responsible enough taking care my siblings when they were little ones. I currently working as an ESL(English as Second Language) teacher here in Cebu City. I had experienced working in a host family while I'm a university student. I finished my college being a scholar and a working student. I've worked hard finishing my university since my parents cannot fully support me financially those days. I have a big family that's why I was trained early being responsible enough taking care my siblings as the 2nd child in the family while my parents busy working so that they can support our basic needs daily. I always have the determination to work for my family due to my life experiences and it molds me to be a responsible individual I am right now. One of the reasons why I joined here trying my luck in this program because I wanted to help my siblings finish their school. My hobbies are cooking, nature hiking , sports ,listening music, and capturing pictures in nature. Fun facts about me : I love eating spicy foods, a jolly person and love traveling. I'm excited to work with you soon, exploring and learning new cultures in your beautiful country is my main reason why I'm trying my luck here, and looking forward to be part in your wonderful family where I can applied my skills and experiences in your culture, and I always have a room to learn new things.
