I like to think of myself as a internationally oriented young woman who loves to explore and discover the differences in our world through the knowledge of languages. I have lived in different countries (France, Italy, Greece, Tunisia) and have come to think that a human being, however different his cultural background may be, is fundamentally the same in his human needs and Life is the utmost value out of which spring all of our best inclinations. It is the lighthouse capable to illuminate even the darkest recesses of the human soul.
I think I might bring to my work environement, especially the one related to the childcare which I feel strongly about and around which I had had wonderful experiences, my relative sagacity and life experience. My other personal competences are related to languages, hence comunication skills, to hospitality, tourism and translating services.
I like the holistic approach when I look at the world, which helps me to be more patient and understanding. I am passionate about the well-being in its broadest sense, hence I love disciplines like psycology, osteopathy, bioenergetics and different alternative approaches to physical therapies.
I think it is essential that every workplace gives to its people, whoever they may be, the opportunity to their very personal growth along with their professional one. I mean, if solely defined by whatever job an individual does, he or she will strain in attaining the true knowledge of who they really are. A workplace is where people spend the half, if not more, of their lives. In this perspective, if it encourages and stimulates the people to fully display who they are, to be rather than to appear, they will feel rather than perform, in the sense that they will bring their creative energy into that space, enrich it in the spirit of true sharing of competences. This is the difference between an automaton that mechanically performs its tasks and a human being who adds his very personal energy to the process of genuine creation and construction.
In this short presentation of myself I attempted to briefly expound my personal philosophy based on my personal experiences, which helps me to confront better with the conflicts that may arise knowing that the power to change and influence my environement begins with the work I am willing and available to do on myslef.
