My name is balraj. I have completed my senior secondary education in 2005 with flying colours. After my senior secondary education, I did BA ( bachelor of arts) . Other certification I have is Legal nanny service approved from international nanny association. I am a compassionate caregiver with 2 years of experience in assisted living facilities. I possess expertise in nurturing, guiding, teaching, disciplining and providing loving care to children of all ages.also I have enough experience of the first aid and CPR. I also change diapers, bathe infants and feed them. I also help children with after- school activities like homework. Being disciplined with the children when required. Additionally, I have complementary experience providing support with various household responsibility, including cooking, cleaning and transportation. Apart from this,I also assist elder with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing,grooming, toileting, transferring and getting to and from activities and meals according to the individual service plan.Also administering medications to elders . I also provide campanionship to them so that they become mentally as well as physically strong. I also have experience of assisting first time mothers on Maternity leave. I am confident and imaginative with constructive play and age appropriate activities . My additional personal skills are high stress tolerance, providing supervision and constant care to children,Stating children to read and be active, playing with the children and taking them to shopping and to the park , tidying up children' s bedroom and play areas. My other hobbies are reading books which helps me to gain more knowledge regarding medical field .
