Hello, my name is Katrin and I am 22 years old. I have grown up in Heidelberg speaking English and German, as my mother is from England. I completed my vocational training, to be a kindergarten teacher, at the end of August 2021. In October 2021 I started my first Au pair job in England. In march 2022 I did another Au-pair in Austria and from July-September I did another one in Italy. Since I really loved all these experienced and learned a lot from them, I am currently looking for a new experience.

My personality
I am friendly and open towards new things. I love to travel and to learn about different cultures and people. I have a good imagination and love to use it when playing with kids. I also enjoy playing games and spending time outside with them. I am interested in art and history and love visiting museums. I also really enjoy nature and the beach. When I am not working I try to travel as much as I can with my family and friends or go on short trips and discover new places. Spending time with children also makes me very happy and I often take my babysitting child (a tree year old boy) to the park or for a walk in the woods.


My education
I am a kindergarten teacher. In my four year training, I have worked in a kindergarden, a crèche and a primary school. As a mini-job, I have worked at the kids club at the gym. I have also looked after a one year old and a three year old when I was doing my Au pair in England and three kids from 8-12 in Austria. In Italy I took care of two girls aged 3 and 5. I also volunteered in a refugee home tutoring children.
Till the start of April I was working as an Aupair in Swizerland.
