Hello dear host family!

My name is Palesa, I’m 19 years old, and I’m from Pitsane, Botswana. Thank you so much for considering me to be part of your family.

I have an early childhood education certificate and 3 months of hands-on experience caring for young children. During this time I helped with feeding, nap routines, play activities, and basic learning activities for kids under 5. I love creating a safe, fun, and caring environment where children feel comfortable and can learn through play.

I’m a patient, responsible, and cheerful person. I enjoy reading stories, singing songs, doing arts and crafts, and helping with homework. I’m also happy to help with light housework and follow your family’s daily routine.

I have references from my previous childcare experience that I can share with you upon request. I want to be an au pair because I’m excited to learn about a new culture, improve my English, and share Botswana’s culture with your family. I respect rules, I’m a non-smoker, and I treat every child with kindness and respect.
