I am a disciplined, warm, and trustworthy person with over fourteen years of professional experience within Dorset Police in the UK. Throughout my career, I held a variety of demanding roles, including working as an Intelligence Researcher supporting the Children’s Desk and Fugitive Management units, as a Radio Dispatcher and 999 Call Taker, and as a Safer Schools Community Officer working closely with young people and local communities. I hold formal SC-level security vetting, meaning I have been thoroughly assessed and trusted by the UK Government to handle highly sensitive and confidential information responsibly.

While policing may seem an unusual background for a nanny or housekeeper, I believe it has given me a rare combination of skills that translate directly into domestic and childcare settings: discretion, calm decision-making under pressure, meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational ability, and an unwavering sense of responsibility and integrity. I have spent years handling sensitive information and remaining composed in difficult situations, and I bring that same trustworthiness, calmness, and professionalism into any home I work in.

Alongside my professional career, I am also a mother to a seven-year-old son, and raising him has given me genuine, hands-on, daily experience in childcare. I understand first-hand the importance of routine, patience, consistency, and creating a safe, loving, structured home environment where a child can feel secure and supported. Early in my working life, at eighteen, I also spent a year working as a Healthcare Assistant, which gave me further practical, compassionate experience caring for others, including patience, empathy, and the ability to respond calmly and sensitively to people’s needs. While I do not have formal professional experience specifically as a nanny, I believe combining my personal parenting experience, early caregiving background, and professional discipline makes me genuinely well-suited to the role.

I would describe myself as calm, level-headed, and caring, with a strong sense of honesty, fairness, and respect. I place great value on clear communication and being genuinely listened to, and I have little tolerance for dishonesty or disrespect, though I always aim to handle disagreements calmly and constructively rather than letting them escalate. I am methodical and detail-focused in how I approach tasks, someone who appreciates routine and structure, but I am equally flexible and happy to adjust to a family’s individual needs and preferences.

My Lifestyle and Health

I lead a healthy, balanced, and disciplined lifestyle, which I believe makes me an easy and reliable person to have in your home. I prioritise good quality sleep, going to bed at a sensible time, and I take care to eat well and exercise regularly, both for my physical health and my overall mindset and energy. My health is very good, with no underlying issues; I am fit, active and well, and able to keep up with the demands of a busy household or care of young children.

Why I Am Relocating

I am relocating to Azerbaijan to support my partner’s career, and this move represents a significant and exciting new chapter for our family. Leaving a long-standing career was not an easy decision, but I see this relocation as a genuine opportunity for growth rather than a disruption. I am genuinely looking forward to immersing myself fully in life in Azerbaijan: learning about the local people, understanding their beliefs, traditions, and way of life, and building real, lasting relationships within the local community, actively participating and integrating as a respectful and engaged member of society.

I am seeking a stable, long-term position with a genuinely respectful and trustworthy family, ideally where expectations, duties, and routines are made clear from the outset, but where there is also room for flexibility as family life requires. Fair and correct pay is important to me, as is a working environment built on honesty, mutual respect, and open communication. I want to be someone your family can rely on completely, whether that means caring for your children with genuine warmth and attentiveness, or managing your household with discretion, order, and real care and pride in the work I do.
