My name is Ayanna, and I am truly excited to introduce myself as a dedicated, nurturing, and enthusiastic childcare professional. I bring a diverse background in education, teaching, and caregiving—with experience as a classroom teacher, academic coach, tutor, and international au pair. My approach is grounded in warmth, creativity, and a genuine commitment to supporting each child’s unique needs and development.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in law and education, and I am currently pursuing advanced legal studies. Throughout my career, I have worked with children of all ages, from infants to school-age, in both group and one-on-one settings. I have developed strong skills in creating engaging, educational activities, supporting social-emotional growth, and fostering independence and curiosity in children.

Families describe me as reliable, patient, and communicative. I believe in building strong, trusting partnerships with parents—working together to create a safe, joyful, and stimulating environment for your children to thrive. I am attentive to routines, mindful of each child’s personality and interests, and comfortable adapting to new situations and family dynamics.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, reading, trying new recipes, volunteering, and exploring new cultures through travel and language. I am also CPR certified, tech-savvy, and always eager to learn new skills to better support the families I work with.
