Hi! My name is Tabitha Clayton, and working with children isn’t just my job it’s my passion. I’m a warm, dedicated caregiver with over 4 years of experience working with children ages 2 to 14 in both home and educational settings. I hold an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, and I’m currently continuing my studies to become a certified teacher.

One of the most enriching parts of my education has been studying abroad in Finland, where I had the opportunity to intern in early childhood education centers (ECEC) and assist as a teaching student in local schools. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for different educational approaches and helped me develop a flexible, child-centered style. I’ve also worked in a U.S. elementary school aftercare program, which taught me how to balance fun with structure while meeting the diverse needs of school-age children.

I don’t rely on strict routines to provide great care,but I’m fully capable of following one if it helps your child feel secure and supported. My adaptability and range of experience allow me to connect with children of all ages, personalities, and learning styles. Whether it’s helping with homework, engaging in creative play, or offering emotional support, I bring patience, enthusiasm, and a deep sense of purpose to my work.

Families describe me as reliable, nurturing, and professional. I’m also CPR and First Aid certified, so your child’s safety is always my top priority. More than anything, I truly love spending time with kids and being a part of their growth it's an honor to support families on their journey.
